Store Policies

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

  • Shipping & Delivery
  • For customers who chose to pay by Paypal or check: From the time of checkout, your items will be held for 24 hours. If payment by credit card or paypal is not received within 24 hours, they will be re-added to stock. If payment is not received within 3 days, your order will be canceled.
    Orders paid by check or money order will be held for 5 days. If payment is not received within 5 days, the order will be cancelled. Checks may be held until cleared.

    Cash On Delivery is available to local customers only. We are not able to accept COD for customers outside of southern California.


    In most cases, your order will be processed and shipped witihn 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified if the process and shipping time is more than 72 hours. Shipping times are often delayed during large sales, specials and holidays. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.  Occassionally, items may be shipped seperately due to availability and timeliness. 



  • Return Policy
  • Because of the personal nature of cloth diapers, we have the following return policy to protect our customers and our business:


    To return new, unwashed and unworn items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Once it is determined that your items are infact new and unworn, you will be issued a return payment for your cost of the items, less shipping.


    New, unused and unwashed items can be exchanged for store credit 8-30 days after receipt.


    Previously owned diapers and clearance diapers can be returned for store credit only.  Remember before you buy that these are USED DIAPERS.  Please make sure you are Ok with this before you buy. This often means that touchtape, fleece, and other materials within the diapers show signs of wear.  Please contact us prior to purchase if you have questions.


    Defective items can be returned according to the manufacterer's return policy. All of the items we carry have some type of protection for defective items. Please contact us to find out how to return a defective items.


    If there is something wrong with your order (sent the wrong items, items missing, new items damaged), you must contact the store within 7 days of receiving the item/s.
